Description

### Microsoft PowerToys version

0.100.2

### Installation method

WinGet

### Area(s) with issue?

Command Palette

### Steps to reproduce

Hard to say for sure - but after sleeping the laptop on occasion the Monitor list changes and the dock no longer shows in the right place - when manually selecting the right monitor the details of the dock are lost and do not follow - aka the CPU stats and any added dock items.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

Since I only ever add the dock to my Primary Monitor it might solve this by an option to always pin to the primary Monitor.
Otherwise - it needs some way to work out which monitor is expected or if manually fixed not loose the details.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

I have to uninstall Powertoys to recover.
- Disable|Enable Dock
- Disable|Enable Command Pallet
- Close|Start PowerToys
- Restart Windows
None - of those seem to work
