Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
When custom icons have been applied to templated directories/sub-directories, the applied custom icons should be applied to the directory/sub-directories created by New+ template.
### Scenario when this would be used?
As a professor, I have the same 12+ directories for every class in every semester. Using the MS Onedrive color folder icon set allows me to visually 'group' like directories together using colors (red, green, purple, blues, etc.).
### Supporting information
When I use New+ on the template with applied colored icons, the templated copy of directories/sub-directories only has the default 'yellow' directory icon.

Research direction
Start by locating the New+ template flow and the existing handling of custom icons on templated directories and sub-directories. Reproduce the reported scenario with a template containing colored custom icons. Done means newly created directories and sub-directories preserve the corresponding custom icons instead of reverting to the default yellow icon.
