Integrate Power Display to make a Desktop control brightness like a Laptop

Hi Powertoys team!

It would be super cool if the power display feature was integrated with Windows brightness management.

So, it's nice to have this mini panel here:

But, if it's integrated in Windows, a Desktop computer having only 1 screen would have a brightness slider here, much like on a laptop, and the volume slider (if the default sound output is the one emitted by the screen), would control the screen volume directly)

And keys would also works:

(currently this slider and the brightness up/down buttons does nothing)

### Scenario when this would be used?

Basically to be able to use keyboard shortcut on a Desktop computer to adapt brightness much like a Laptop will do. Less overhead and more native features
