Add an optional magnifier mode to Find My Mouse

It would be useful if PowerToys’ Find My Mouse included an optional magnifier mode.
When the user presses Ctrl twice, Find My Mouse could activate a circular magnifying lens centered around the mouse pointer. The zoom level and lens size could be configurable, and users could choose whether to enable the highlighting effect, the magnifier, or both.

### Scenario when this would be used?

This feature would be helpful when inspecting small text, icons, buttons, or details on screen, especially when using high-resolution or multiple-monitor setups.
Windows’ built-in Magnifier mainly uses a rectangular view, and it can sometimes feel laggy or inconvenient for quickly inspecting a specific area. Find My Mouse already has the advantage of being easily activated by pressing Ctrl twice, so adding a magnifier mode would make it a fast and convenient tool.
Having this feature built into PowerToys and maintained by Microsoft would also be preferable to relying on a separate third-party application.
