[Peek] Opening a folder in CLI mode miscategorises it and shows 0 byte size

1. Open PowerShell
2. Enter:

```pwsh
\PowerToys.Peek.UI.exe C:\SomeFolderThatExists
```

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

The folder details are opened in Peek.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

The folder previewer is opened, but the folder is shown with no name, has a size of 0 bytes, the number of files is not shown, and the tooltip is blank:
