Description
### Microsoft PowerToys version
v0.100.2
### Installation method
PowerToys auto-update
### Area(s) with issue?
Advanced Paste, Keyboard Manager
### Steps to reproduce
1. Enable Keyboard Manager.
2. Map 'Ctrl (Left)' to 'Win (Left)'
3. Focus on a window in which it's possible to paste text.
4. Press Win+V (doesn't have to be via the remapped 'Ctrl (Left)' key) to open Advanced Paste.
5. Pick anything from the clipboard in the opened Advanced Paste window, either via mouse or keyboard.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
Selected option is pasted to the focused window.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
The Advanced Paste window just closes with nothing being pasted.
To be clear - if 'Ctrl (Left)' mapping is disabled, everything works just fine.
Furthermore, if I map 'Ctrl (Left)' for example to '2' rather than to 'Win (Left)', the result is that '2v' is written into the focused window on selecting anything from the clipboard (and nothing is pasted).

Research direction
Reproduce the issue with Keyboard Manager mapping Left Ctrl to Left Win, then open Advanced Paste with Win+V and select clipboard content. Start by tracing the Advanced Paste and Keyboard Manager interaction; done means the selected content is pasted into the focused window with the remapping enabled, including the reported alternative mapping behavior.
