### Steps to reproduce
1. Enable Always On Top in PowerToys settings
2. Change certain settings for this applet, e.g. playing sound on activation, adding 'stay on top' in the system menu, etc.
3. You don't see the changed settings taking effect. It's running as if nothing was changed.
4. Disable and re-enable Always On Top. Now it's behaving as you ask it to.

The new settings should apply immediately after changing them.

The settings only applied after a restart of Always On Top.
