### Area(s) with issue?

### Steps to reproduce
_Hello development team! I apologize in advance for the condition of the message, as it was translated through a translator. If it's clearer to you, I'll duplicate it in Russian (the original message)._
I recently discovered that when I try to copy the link address through the eponymous button in the context menu, instead of an adequate link, something resembling a token from a crypto wallet is copied. When copying through the "copy" button (for example, when clicking the "share" button on YouTube), the result is the same. When copying through the address bar, everything works out.
Together with Chat GPT, I found out that the problem goes away when I disconnect the PowerToys from the tray. When I turn it back on, the problem comes back. (It is important to restart the browser at the same time). In PowerToys, I only have the "Find My Mouse" and "On top of other windows" functions enabled.
Another detail: new link: new line

Research direction
Start by reproducing the copy-link failure in Chrome or Edge with PowerToys enabled, then inspect the attached PowerToysReport_2026-07-31-05-20-09.zip for diagnostic clues. The report does not name a source file or test, so first identify which enabled utility or clipboard-related entry point changes copied links. Done means copying links through the reported context-menu and share buttons preserves the original URL while address-bar copying remains correct.
