Steps to reproduce
When connected to multiple displays, the fancy zones editor does not detect both monitors. Screenshots attached
showing fancy zones editor and my current windows display settings showing dual monitors.

All connected displays to show in fancy zones editor
❌ Actual Behavior
Only one display shows in fancy zones editor.
