Fancy Zones - Dock a Window Automatically When it's Dimensions Match The Zone

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

When using workspaces, or just starting an application that remembers its last position, even if it's perfectly in a Fancy Zone, FZ doesn't set it as docked. I constantly have to re-dock the windows when I start an app or apply a PowerToys Workspace.

Please have Fancy Zones detect when a window is moved to a zone and dock it automatically if it's precisely in the zone.

When I start an app (that remembers its previous window position) and it was previously docked, or applying a PowerToys Workspace, or coming back from windows sleep
