Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
Many people are complaining that migrating to new Windows PC is painful. There is no tool provided by Microsoft which analyses ann existing PC and makes sure the new PC has all wanted apps installed on the new device. I created a simple tool called WingetSelector (using GitHib Copilot) which runs winget export on a source PC and lets the user select those apps he/she wants on the new system. As I have never participated in any project as of today I would like to know if someone would be interested to leverage my work and make it part of PowerToys.
### Scenario when this would be used?
Migrating to a new PC or reinstall exisitng machine. Make sure only wanted Apps are reinstalled.

Research direction
The issue does not name a PowerToys file, test, or entry point. Start by reviewing the existing PowerToys utility structure and the referenced WingetSelector workflow using winget export; the desired outcome would be a defined PowerToys feature for selecting and reinstalling applications during PC migration.
