Description

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Hi,

we use a third party tool to create keyboard shortcuts for specific app on some computers
I would like to use powertoys for this, but I can't find a way to deploy key configuration to users/computers

it would be great to be able to define some custom keyboard shortcut using group policy, app config in intune or what else

### Scenario when this would be used?

deploy custom keyboard mapping on some computers

Start by reviewing Keyboard Manager's current configuration behavior and the project's deployment documentation. Define what support for centrally deploying custom mappings through Group Policy or Intune would include, and confirm the expected configuration format and completion criteria with maintainers.
