Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
A profile-based remapping system akin to that on Razer Synapse for mouse remappings. Users could switch profiles to instantly change to a different set of remappings.
### Scenario when this would be used?
I use PowerToys to remap my keyboard to play games in which you are not able to change your key bindings, such as Meccha Chameleon and various Roblox experiences. However, preferred remappings differ between Roblox and other games, and even between certain experiences inside of Roblox, which differentiates this issue from previous asks for a feature in which remapping profiles are based on the active application.
It would be nice to have a system to instantly change my keybinds to my preferred set for what I am doing at the moment, rather than having to painstakingly change each one every time I do something else.

Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing Keyboard Manager's existing remapping and settings flows, then determine how profiles would be created, selected, stored, and applied; done means users can switch between distinct remapping sets as described.
