Crop and Lock Rotation

Hi, Thanks for creating Powertoys, I have using it for Years it is very useful to me. But I want rotation feature on crop and lock.

### Scenario when this would be used?

While someone sends me their documents its not in the portrait its landscaped/upside down, so I cant turn my desktop monitor for that very hard to read
