Shortcut guide - add sort options to view shortcuts

Hi,
I would like the option so sort all of the shortcuts by more than one criteria, similar to spreadsheet sorting options.
Options:
Category, first key, second key, third key, fourth key

It would also be interesting to have one more category, "number of keys" where Ctrl-Shift-V uses 3 keys.

### Scenario when this would be used?

I use Ctrl-Shift-V in chrome to paste as plain text.
I wanted to change the windows shortcut to match this.
I wanted to easily see if Ctrl-Shift-V was in use, sorting by keys without the category sort would have allowed me to do this.

Start by locating the shortcut guide view and its current shortcut display or sorting entry point. Add multi-criteria sorting by category and up to four key positions, with an optional number-of-keys category, and verify that users can find conflicts such as Ctrl-Shift-V.
