Description
### Microsoft PowerToys version
v0.100.2
### Installation method
Microsoft Store
### Area(s) with issue?
ZoomIt
### Steps to reproduce
While the Zoom LT (magnifier) function is enabled and screen recording is in progress, if the user later clicks to disable the zoom function, the mouse pointer will disappear and become visually invisible.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Enable the Zoom LT (magnifier) function.
2. Start using the screen recording feature that supports Zoom LT for recording.
3. While screen recording is in progress, activate Zoom LT’s screen zooming function.
4. Then, trigger the operation again to disable the screen zooming feature of Zoom LT (for example, click the cancel button or repeat the zoom shortcut key).
5. The mouse pointer disappears, and it’s no longer possible to see the mouse moving on the screen.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
When users enable Zoom LT and record screen footage, the mouse pointer should remain visible, even if the zoom function of Zoom LT is disabled.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
During screen recording, disabling Zoom LT’s screen zoom function causes the mouse pointer to disappear, making it impossible to see the mouse on the screen.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in ZoomIt’s Zoom LT on Windows 11 23H2 while recording with the built-in Windows recorder or QQ. Confirm that disabling zoom makes the pointer invisible, then verify that the pointer remains visible after the fix during the same sequence.
