Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
I would like to have the option to automatically maximize the brightness while a fullscreen window (such as a video player or a game) is active and restore the previous value otherwise.
Scenario when this would be used?
I tend to increase the brightness for games I play and videos I watch in fullscreen. It would be nice to automate that.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the PowerToys utility responsible for display brightness and how fullscreen windows are detected. Define how brightness should be maximized, when the previous value is restored, and how the behavior can be enabled before implementing and testing the feature.
