I have no reproduction steps because it just happens. powertoys won't be in my tray, but command palette still works. then i try and use stuff like the text reader and it does not respond. notice powertoys is gone again and use cmdpal to restart it. I don't have the cmdpal tray icon (disabled because stupid), so when powertoys is closed, so should cmdpal.
