create skip button mapping in keyboard editor

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

The keyboard editor is nice but i just got a laptop for hosting trivia and music bingo. The last laptop i had there was a button i could press to skip to the next song and it would be nice if i could remap a key on the new laptop to be able to do that action.

### Scenario when this would be used?

controlling music by pressing a button that doesnt already have a dedicated pause or skip button.

I don't know. I'm just doing what i can to fix the issue and being able to remap keys to perform actions would be nice

Start by locating the keyboard editor and the existing dedicated pause or skip actions. Determine how a user-defined key could invoke the next-song action without conflicting with existing mappings. Done means a key can be configured in the editor to skip to the next song and the behavior works during music playback.
