### Steps to reproduce

This often happens after turning off and restarting. Sometimes restarting the component via the menu may fix it, but the issue persists on the next restart.
Also, after restarting, my Time Component might move to the left of the Task Manager section, but in reality, before I shut down, the Time Widget was on the right side of the Task Manager widget.
