### Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a display to a device that has a 'lid'
2. Put the main device to sleep
3. While the device is sleeping, get the lock screen display on the second monitor (main device sleeping, second one active)
(Would be easier on a device with an external power button: shut the lid first, and then press the button to wake up the external monitor)
#### Would be more effective to reproduce if you wait ~10 seconds between closing the lid and pressing the power button

CmdPal mixes up the displays (thinks display 1(actual) is display 2(what it thinks))
