Volume mute/control on windows producing sound, similar to browser tabs

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

As the title suggests, just like in browsers; it can be very helpful to be able to easily mute or unmute a particular window/process or simply identify which is making sound. If we had a tool that added a speaker icon to windows producing sound and allowed toggling/muting that would be helpful

### Scenario when this would be used?

If you're playing a game and watching a video, instead of doing a multi-step flow to mute the game you could simply mute the window with one click.
