Description

### Microsoft PowerToys version

v0.100.2

### Installation method

PowerToys auto-update

### Area(s) with issue?

Workspaces

### Steps to reproduce

Hi,
I use your workspaces application quite frequently, but have stumbled over a frequent error in combination with the Discord app.
Discord has a habbit of updating often. Whenever it finds an update however, my workspace launcher skipps the app entirely, not finding it anymore.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

Workspaces finds Discord even after it updating.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

It doesn't. Instead, I'm left with an unlaunchable app in the workspaces, for which I have to reedit the the workspace anew. In those cases the discord icon is replaced by a little blue PC icon in the launching pop up and the process marks the launching process with a red X. This is the case until I edit my workspace manually, taking out the old shortcut and replacing it with a new one.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Workspaces launch failure with Discord after Discord updates, using PowerToys v0.100.2 installed through auto-update. Compare the workspace entry before and after the update and inspect the launch result. Done means Workspaces still finds and launches Discord without requiring the workspace to be edited.
