### Steps to reproduce

Unknown. I only discover that PowerToys is no longer running when I try to activate PowerToys Run via the Alt + Spacebar keyboard shortcut and it doesn't work. Then I check my taskbar overflow and discover that PowerToys is no longer running.

This has been happening very frequently since the 0.100 update.
