Steps to reproduce

Similar to: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/49176

1. Copy any text (via Ctrl+C) and try to paste
2. It will only paste a screenshot of the page (via right click and paste or Ctrl+V)

✔️ Expected Behavior

It should render the text instead of the screenshot (or give an alert beep if it's pasting into a field that does not expect media)

❌ Actual Behavior

No response

Additional Information

1. Verified in Clipboard manager (Win+V) that only screenshots are getting saved

2. I can right click on text and select copy and then paste and that works

3. Turned off PowerToys and the Ctrl+C started working

4. The following modules in PowerToys are also running:

5. Verified that Ctrl+C is not being used in ZoomIt

6. Verified (where I could) that Ctrl+C is not used elsewhere in PowerToys

Start by comparing issue #49176 and reproducing the Ctrl+C behavior with PowerToys enabled, then isolate the responsible module from the listed running utilities, including ZoomIt. Done means Ctrl+C copies text normally across applications while screenshot capture still works as intended.
