Steps to reproduce
Similar to: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/49176
- Copy any text (via Ctrl+C) and try to paste
- It will only paste a screenshot of the page (via right click and paste or Ctrl+V)
✔️ Expected Behavior
It should render the text instead of the screenshot (or give an alert beep if it's pasting into a field that does not expect media)
❌ Actual Behavior

Research direction
Start by comparing issue #49176 and reproducing the Ctrl+C behavior with PowerToys enabled, then isolate the responsible module from the listed running utilities, including ZoomIt. Done means Ctrl+C copies text normally across applications while screenshot capture still works as intended.
