FancyZones - One click windows move

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

FancyZones is great, but there could be a faster way to move windows. I have multiple displays, and windows within the displays, and it takes several keyboard clicks or mouse+keyboard to move/resize a window.
It would be great to have buttons, like in title bar, from 1 to N, and just clicking a button will move the window automatically to the corresponding zone.
I created macros in MS Word and have several buttons to move my Word window to one of four locations, which is very useful when dealing with several documents. But it only works for Word. Having a similar option for one-click would be great to move any window.

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the FancyZones implementation and its existing zone-selection workflow, then determine how title-bar controls would fit across displays. Done would mean a user can select a numbered zone with one click and move the active window there.
