### Steps to reproduce
1. Have a multi-monitor setup with monitors arranged horizontally next to each other.
2. Set the dock on the left monitor to the right edge.
3. Move the mouse to the right monitor.
4. Observe that the dock repeatedly hides and shows in an indefinite cycle.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
The dock should politely hide when the mouse leaves and calmly show again when needed, without summoning any demons or practicing cardio between monitors.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
The dock repeatedly hides and shows in a rapid cycle, as if possessed by a jumping jack demon.
