### Steps to reproduce

1. Open an affected application. For me it's KiCad (v10); this happens on other applications as well, KiCad is the only one I can remember.
2. Open a schematic or PCB.
3. Start dragging and resizing.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

Responsive dragging and resizing as if using the native Windows method of pulling the edges or dragging the top of the window.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

"Laggy" behavior where the edges of the window will duplication themselves. Finishing the operation sometimes requires waiting a few seconds for the window to "catch up".
