Start by reproducing the issue in Grab And Move with PowerShell 7.6.3: click the downside arrow and hold either Alt key. Trace how Grab And Move handles Alt during that interaction; the fix is done when PowerShell's Alt listener still receives the key and Alt+click can open a split window without breaking Grab And Move.
