### Steps to reproduce

There is a similar error here https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/48472, that the monitor isn't being detected, but I have a different problem

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

I expect this to always work and the monitor should never disappear. There shouldn't be any, as if they are duplicated. Even though I only have one monitor.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

The monitor is not in the menu list. Unknown reason. Until computer restart.

Research direction

Begin in the Power Display area and review the attached screenshots and PowerToysReport ZIP, then compare the symptoms with issue #48472. Done means reproducing the duplicate or missing P275MV PLUS entry and identifying a fix that keeps the single monitor detected without a reboot on Windows 11.
