Support for Arabic Numerals in Quick Accent along with the symbol for currency (middle eastern in my experience is missing)

Since the arabic language for most middle eastern regions reverts to Arabic Western Numerals so in usecases where the Arabic eastern numerals are required we can have it accessed thru quickaccent in their respective numbers
