Description
### Microsoft PowerToys version
0.100.2
### Installation method
PowerToys auto-update
### Area(s) with issue?
Keyboard Manager
### Steps to reproduce
I work with two keyboard layouts, English (US) and Spanish (Latin America). My backspace and enter keys broke a while ago, so I've been using Keyboard Manager to rebind those two essential keys to other functions. \ and } are located on the same key depending on which keyboard layout I'm using, so I wanted to rebind both of them to backspace. Here are the key rebinds I have:
After closing the Keyboard Manager editor and opening it back up again, here is what appears:
Taking }'s place, is /. } still is bound to backspace, even if it doesn't show up. All the rebinds work. However, now it is impossible to delete, add, or turn off/on any rebinds. The only way to fix it is to delete the default.json file at %localappdata%\Microsoft\PowerToys\Keyboard Manager, and to remake the previous configuration.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
I expect the } to backspace rebind to work normally, so that every time I press }, backspace is inputted instead.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
After rebinding }, the configuration file (default.json) is permanently corrupted, and attempting to create, delete, or toggle any rebinds no longer works.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Keyboard Manager editor steps with English (US) and Spanish (Latin America) layouts, then inspect %localappdata%\Microsoft\PowerToys\Keyboard Manager\default.json before and after rebinding }. Verify that the configuration remains valid and that the affected rebind can be created, deleted, and toggled without deleting default.json.
