Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
When pinning the Performance Monitor widget to the dock, you are able to see the send & receive stats and can see the graph when you click on either of them. However, when you just pin the Network widget, all you see is the usage percentage (on the far right of this image).
If I want to see the Send & Receive stats and the percentage, then I have to pin both the complete "Performance Monitor" widget and the "Network" widget. A nice quality-of-life feature would be to have both of those widgets automatically look at the same network (change one instead of having to change both).
### Scenario when this would be used?
#### Improved Network Widget
I think that the network widget should be changed so that when it is pinned, it also shows the send & receive stats.
#### Automatic Synchronization of Tracked Network
My desktop has WiFi, Ethernet for the host, and virtual Ethernet for the Virtual Machine services that I have. So, when cycling through to look at the different ones, it would be nice not to have to repeat the same step twice each time I want to cycle.

Research direction
Start by locating the CmdPal Dock implementations for the Network and Performance Monitor widgets, then trace how each selects its tracked network. Done means the Network widget shows send and receive statistics with its usage percentage, and changing the tracked network stays synchronized between both widgets.
