Grab and Move - Flip leftclick-rightclick functionality

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would very much like the option to flip the left click (to move) and right click (to resize) function.
A simple "Reverse" toggle would already be good enough.
Giving the User the option to set the move and resize function to a custom mouse button (like middle click, or mouse side buttons) would obviously be even better.

### Scenario when this would be used?

This would be great for everyone, that already uses some tool to do this, but is accustomed to a different key for moving or resizing and make it easier for those people to switch to PowerToys for this functionality, like me :)

Lots of other Tools like "AltSnap" on Windows or the built-in solution with KDE on Linux give the user the option to at least select between left, middle and right click.
This may seem like a small feature, but this would make me switch from "AltSnap" to PowerToys Move and Grab instantly.

Start by locating the PowerToys Move and Grab utility and reviewing how its current left-click move and right-click resize actions are configured. Done means the utility supports reversing those actions, with the scope of custom mouse-button assignments clarified.
