### Steps to reproduce

Pick the Report Bug command from the tray icon with right click or the small button on the Quick Access and it displays that a bug report has been generated at desktop but can't find it.

Could not attach that file to the issue #48900 because none was generated:

A bug report file to be attached to submitted issues

### ❌ Actual Behavior

No file was generated.
Irony, can't attach the bug report zip file to this issue!
