Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the report. Start by reproducing the unresponsive title-bar controls after maximizing the app from the menubar icon, then locate the responsible desktop window-controls component. Done means the minimize, maximize, and close controls respond correctly without incorrect cursors.
