Description

### Microsoft PowerToys version

0.100.1

### Installation method

PowerToys auto-update

### Area(s) with issue?

Quick Accent

### Steps to reproduce

type quick accent characters into the web browser address bar while being given suggestions from your history。 it has been going on for several powertoys versions。

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

for example, if you've been to [duckduckgo.com](duckduckgo.com), edge will suggest it to you if you type `d` into the address bar。 if you try to type `ú` after the `d` while edge is suggesting [duckduckgo.com](duckduckgo.com), you should end up with `dú`。

### ❌ Actual Behavior

you end up with `duú` and have to use the combining acute accent instead。

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Quick Accent issue in Microsoft Edge's address bar while history suggestions are shown, using the supplied PowerToys version and Windows 11 details. Trace the Quick Accent input handling and use the attached bug report for context; done means typing an accented character produces only the intended character, such as `dú` rather than `duú`.
