Add more system hardware components to the list of monitored components in the bar

It would be nice if all drives connected to the system were listed and their percent 'in use' or 'percent available'

### Scenario when this would be used?

Once in a while, I make a script mistake where some component of system resource usage goes to 100%. It is cumbersome to get control of the computer to stop whatever is causing the problem. With the right monitors running I have a chance of stopping the problem before it becomes difficult to get control of the computer.

### Supporting information

I had started accumulating PowerShell scripts to meet the need, but PowerToys has already done so much, I think it would be nice to go a little further.

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the existing bar implementation and its monitored-component list, then determine how drive usage should be represented; done means all connected drives appear with a clear used or available percentage.
