Mouse Without Border for Lefty's

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

When a user is left handed and switches the left and right buttons on the mouse, that setting does translate to the other computer. Therefore the mouse is set up for a left handed person on one machine and right handed on the other even when both computers were set as left handed.

### Scenario when this would be used?

Computer A: mouse set up for left handed person
Computer B: mouse set up for left handed person
Configure MWB on Computer A and connect it to Computer B
Computer A mouse is left handed
Moving mouse cursor to Computer B becomes right handed

### Supporting information

I haven't tried this recently because I gave up using MWB due to being so annoying remembering which button is left. I know, first world problem. Left handers rise up!

Start by locating the Mouse Without Borders implementation and the code that synchronizes mouse button settings between computers. Reproduce the left-handed setup described for Computers A and B, then trace where the setting is transferred. Done means both connected computers preserve the configured left-handed button mapping.
