### Steps to reproduce
Hi,
Just by using CTRL+4 the mouse cursor disappears but if I use magnifier it doesn't happen.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
The mouse cursor to appear as it appeared on previous versions
### ❌ Actual Behavior
When using CTR+4 to zoom the mouse cursor disappears but its there, because using the find cursor function the highlight circle appears. The cursor reappears when using CTRL+4 to exit zoom.

Research direction
Start in the ZoomIt module entry point and reproduce Ctrl+4 on Windows 11 Insider Preview build 28120.2315, comparing the cursor behavior with the magnifier and reviewing the attached PowerToys report. Done means the cursor remains visible while ZoomIt is active and reappears correctly when zoom is exited.
