### Steps to reproduce

Literally no idea, it just happened.

1. open cmd, type { to activate vs code extension, nothing happens, actively refuses the input.
2. check installed extensions, find it listed many times
3. find powertoys run taskbar icon gone.
4. i have disabled the command palette toolbar icon because it's useless.
5. tried disabling duplicates, no effect
6. run powertoys again, then close it, then run it again.
7. now it is back to normal
