Grab And Move resize geometry in characters

When you enable Show window geometry and you resize a window, it shows the geometry in pixels. It would be helpful to have this also in characters.

### Scenario when this would be used?

It is useful to be able to resize a window such as a Windows Terminal window when doing something that needs a specific size.

### Supporting information

I sometimes get the resize command to work in linux but it does not always work. Being able to just drag out what size I need would be very convenient sometimes.

No file or test is named. Start by locating the PowerToys utility that displays window geometry during resizing, then determine how character dimensions should be derived alongside pixel dimensions. Done means resizing a Windows Terminal window shows its size in characters as well as pixels.
