Improve the reliability of the Draw mode pointer so it remains visible when switching colors, re-entering Draw mode, or changing tools.

During presentations, the pointer occasionally becomes invisible, making it difficult to continue highlighting content without interrupting the presentation.

I've observed cases where the pointer is not visible after reusing the feature or changing pointer color.

Start by tracing ZoomIt's Draw mode state transitions, especially when re-entering Draw mode, switching pointer colors, and changing tools. Reproduce the invisible-pointer cases during a presentation workflow and identify where visibility is lost. Done means the pointer remains visible across each listed transition.
