Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
As a consulting developer - i often have multiple browser (EDGE) windows open. One for each MS365 tenant i work with.
Not knowing if Windows and EDGE have the necessary API/CLI support for the following ,but here would be my ask/idea:
1 - Have a PowerToy module that allows to manipulate virtual desktops in a way that the normal taskbar doesn't show up, but rather a custom version of the taskbar with select apps (i.e. i want Outlook and Teams and every virtual desktop)
2 - A switch in Edge that allows tabs to be represented by individual taskbar icons, instead of in a singular window.
That way, i could use the PowerToy to create a Virtual Desktop for "Company A" and "Company B". Pin Outlook to those virutal desktops, and instead have Edge open, using a profile associated to each company, and use the taskbar instead of tabs.
I spend 80% of my day in the browser, why do i need a browser in my task bar and the Github page as a tab in a browser window ? i need the github favorite in my start menu (which i can't remember the last time i opened) and github show up on the taskbar.
3 - Remote Desktop
I sometimes have to remote desktop into a server, would be nice if i could have that remote desktop as a "virtual desktop" instead of a window on a viretual desktop taking the full screen.
Hope this makes sens.
### Scenario when this would be used?
Optimize usage of time spent in the browser and swithcing amongst browser windows (for different profiles)

Research direction
Start by validating whether Windows virtual desktops, Microsoft Edge profiles and tabs, and Remote Desktop expose the APIs or CLI support needed for the three requested behaviors. The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; progress would require narrowing these ideas into a scoped design with clear feasibility and acceptance criteria.
