Research direction

Start with the Light Switch implementation and reproduce the issue by switching between light and dark modes with the shortcut. Compare the taskbar thumbnail theme before and after the switch, including behavior after restarting explorer.exe. Done means the thumbnail follows the Windows theme without requiring an Explorer restart.
