### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Pin to doc from the command pallet is not functioning, it never creates the pin. Also from the EDIT dock, I'd like to see the user ability to set a default to title/subtitle. Currently, I have to pin the item and then 2x right click the icon to remove the title and subtitle. I'd like this to default to off rather than on.

If the dock is not backed up it would be beneficial to add this to the backup file. Not tested, so I have no idea if it is or is not.

Start with the Command Palette's "Pin to dock" action and the Edit dock settings described in the issue. Check how title and subtitle defaults are stored and whether dock settings are included in the backup file; done means pinning works, the defaults can be disabled, and backup behavior is verified.
