Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
A search. Guess what it would do.
Scenario when this would be used?
When you wanted to find a specific variable and aren't sure where it might be. Amazing huh?
Supporting information
I was just searching for a variable in the environment variables that I couldn't find. Hmmm, maybe variables are stored fairly random and they aren't easily targeted especially in a situation where they could be in multiple locations.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First identify which PowerToys utility owns environment-variable management and clarify the search scope and expected behavior; done should include an agreed design and tests covering variables across the stated locations.
