Description

### Microsoft PowerToys version

0.100.0

### Installation method

Microsoft Store

### Area(s) with issue?

Command Palette

### Steps to reproduce

Hello, I’m reporting this bug in the Dock under “Command Palette Settings”. Basically, when the “Always on Top” option is enabled, it should theoretically hide the dock when a user switches a window to full screen. At the moment, this does not happen.

Research direction

Start in the Command Palette area and reproduce the issue from Command Palette Settings with “Always on Top” enabled, then switch a window to full screen. Trace the dock visibility behavior and verify that it hides in full screen while remaining available otherwise.
