### Steps to reproduce

Idk how it happened, but I couldn't use Shift in any way. Not with shortcuts, uppercase letters or symbols. On screen keyboard also did not work. I had to fully stop Powertoys via cmd to regain control over my shift key.

I have Keyboard Manager turn **OFF**

To allow me to use shift
