Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
The user will be able to have Fancy Zones create a new template based on the position of the currently displayed windows. In essence capturing the layout from existing windows.
Scenario when this would be used?
Some applications have irregular size limits that don't always map to how you would like your screen to look. I like to have Outlook sized biggest on the left, then My Phone app big in the middle and my Todo App very narrow on the right side. It can be difficult to get them that way. But if I could lay out my windows how I want then have Fancy Zone create the template it would be easier to make subtle adjustments.

Research direction
The issue names Fancy Zones but no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating how templates are created and how currently displayed window positions are represented; done means a new template reproduces the existing windows' layout and the behavior is covered by tests.
